After discovering the ‘Section 8‘ phenomenon, otherwise known as the Federal Housing Voucher Program, 7 years ago, I started to dabble in investing in US properties, with the intention of personal wealth creation. & building a reliable source of monthly passive income. A little naive in the beginning, but continuously learning from my mistakes and applying myself diligently to the task at hand.
